The thrilling sequel to Stephanie Meyer's Twilight Saga brings
readers down to their darkest emotions.  When Edward leaves Bella,
the reader feels the sorrow that takes over Bella's entire being. The
title, "New Moon" represents the darkest phase of the lunar cycle,
which would be the darkest time in Bella's life.  The book
skyrocketed to number one on the Best Seller's list after the
phenomenon of Twilight began.

At first, the Twilight Saga wasn't aimed towards the young adult set.
Meyer's first run a New Moon was entitled Forever Dawn, and skipped
over Bella's senior year of high school completely.  After the
success of her first book, she tossed the idea and went about writing
New Moon, to cater to her young adult audience.
Luckily for the public, the book series was so popular that not doing
a movie would be out of the question.  In 2008, Twilight graced the
big screen, and fans clamored for more between Bella and Edward.

Cast as the delicious vampire himself, Robert Pattinson, was not at
first warmly received as playing the vampire part, due to book fans
having their own images of Edwards in their imaginations.  Once that
was let go, the star shot to the top of everyone's hot list, and now
lives there in infamy.

The very foundations of Team Jacob were almost in disarray as the
young star Taylor Lautner was almost due to be replaced in the new
sequel.  The production company was worried that the svelte Lautner
could not properly portray the bigger, badder Jacob Black.  Lautner
took to the gym and extensively weight-trained to hold his furry
title.

worry fans, Eclipse is just a year away.  Scheduled to release June
